Fix wording on settings page

Make the page in general easier to understand/clearer.

In particular: Show version 2 (fixed files) and above in your RSS feeds (This option does not effect files sent to your feed using "Send to RSS"). Disabling this will stop "fixed" files from appearing in your RSS feed. This may sometimes result in you ending up with files that are broken or torrents with no seeds. You can still find the fixed versions on your follows page.
