Downloaded torrents not marked as read.

This seems to be the opposite of Issue #30, I have downloaded torrents that don't seem to be marked as read on my list of follows. As you can see, they've been downloaded, but the latest two (Akame ga Kill Theater 9 and SAO2 9) are not shaded out afterwards. All the SAO2 torrents were downloaded at the same time.

This was happening because we were unable to pull torrents off some websites. We've fixed that, but you may still have this issue in the future (hopefully in rare cases)...

It's either this occasionally happening, or files being marked as downloaded when they haven't! We think this option is better =)
