Better handling of deleted entries on Tokyotosho

Sometimes, entries get deleted from TT because a spam link was used to upload them. These entries are impossible to download through YaRSS, and just sit there in the feed. Some examples: the first episode here, and the 9th episode here. I haven't been able to find a quick workaround through TT yet. Submitting the original link doesn't work.
