Add direct support for AppEngine Go programs

The other thing that might be nice is some type of direct support for AppEngine Go programs. I know there's a modified SDK and all that business with the development server and deployment scripts which if they could be packaged up as nicely as you've done with the other stuff, might be attractive to some people. I know I would use it if I were developing an application that I was going to deploy to AppEngine.

Demo version is already better than other editor/IDE. Goworks will be able to attract appengine users easily by integrating GAE workflow. I will keep my fingers crossed.
