Tool fails: 5. Convert path raster to point

Sometimes the convert path raster to point fails.

This needs further investigation, but a possible cause is version differences between the last time it was edited and the system it is run in.

The solution is to run the Raster to Point tool separately, as the system merely runs that tool anyway.
