Convert all remaining page images we will host to image pyramids and store on imageserver.earlyprint.org .

The Cantaloupe image server works best with image pyramid style TIFF files. We should convert all of the page image files for the texts into image pyramid format. The image pyramids must then be uploaded to the imageserver.earlyprint.org site . The file names must match those we will add to the facsimile sections in the TEI texts.
