Add TEI facsimile sections to remaining texts with corresponding page images.

Generate facsimile sections using the XSL script we wrote some time ago to add facsimile sections to each of the plays for which page images are publicly available. Some page images will be hosted on imageserver.earlyprint.org, while others will be hosted at the Folger Shakespeare Library.

The Folger images can't be effectively integrated at present.

The images for the Shirley plays were integrated on 2017/03/11.

Facsimile sections and images were added for 17 of the 35 Beaumont and Fletcher plays.
