annotation pane rejection reason prompt is too persistent

Issue #51 resolved
Craig Berry created an issue

If you click on a correction and select "reject" and then don't enter a reason for rejecting that correction, the "Please input a reason" prompt will continue to be displayed in the corrections box for all other corrections you click on the same page. The only way to get rid of it is to move to the next page and back again.

This has been fixed by a change in the annotation client to close the control containing the prompt when moving from one word to another.
