Need "annotation news" feature(s)

There is currently no way to see recent activity, whether that's annotations created, approved, or applied. There a number of different ways this could be done with varying kinds of summary and detail information available. Top contributors by number of corrections approved, new corrections created in the last hour, day, or week, texts recently updated and the improvement in the average grade of those texts, new image set available, etc.

Being able to post on Facebook or Twitter when various milestones have been reached might be nice, but initially just being able to see at a glance what one has done and what others have done. As it is now people are likely to feel they've thrown a lot of work over a wall and don't know whether it landed on the other side.
