Search result highlighting disappears as soon as it is displayed.

The words in a search result should remain highlighted, but the highlighting disappears almost immediately.

    Don't replace content after searching.

    We need to reload some aspects of the page when arriving there via
    search results, but not the page content itself. Doing so has been
    erasing the highlighting of hits and also slows things down
    unnecessarily.
