include EEBO source and image source in More section

For texts that have images, we currently store the source (if we have it) in facsimile/surfaceGrp/note/@witness_detail and display it above the image. We should also display this when the More button is clicked, and we should also include the source of the EEBO transcription there, which looks like it's the last note of teiHeader/sourceDesc/biblFull/noteStmt.

The transcription source is trickier as it's not always recorded exactly the same way in the same place in the EEBO-TCP texts.
