ZA limit spawning locations

Please add a feature allowing server hosts to select whether or not they want the zombies to spawn within the default distance, regardless of light of blocks or if they want the zombies to spawn on only blocks spawned during world generation/in areas with a lot enough light level to allow zombies to normally spawn.
