No SailwaveFTP Folder Set - Joomla will try and move root folder content

If No Sailwave FTP Folder has been set Joomla will try to move all the contents of the Joomla Root Directory to the Quarantine Folder.

This is a *critical bug*

Until a fix is issued - do not attempt to run any screens until you have been to the configuration editor.
