Sailwave Effects: Wins & Wins3 can misload in certain circumstances

Find a way to handle HighlightWins and HighlightWins3 both being used - at the moment if Wins is on your permitted list then I'm not quite sure that will happen if you publish with Wins3 as the permitted list will search for Wins and find it within Wins3 if that makes sense...
