Joomla 3.6 Adds New Repeatable Field - change from existing method

Joomla 3.6 adds a new field method for repeatable fields. Currently in config we are using the Modal method to support repeating fields. This creates an issue #9 which is 'fudged' to minimise its impact. The new method should fix that.

A solution will need to maintain backwards compatibility.
