We have FTP configured in sailwave. Have everything installed on our server (temp URL is
http://vm2330.sgvps.net/~charlestonoceanr/
First test done by the club ... i see the file in my SailwaveResults folder.
But... i get this error when checking via the component in joomla backend:
andytest.htm does not contain the required sailwave_id - processing failed. File moved to quarantine.
I'm not terribly familiar with SailWave. Where does the client input the sailwave_id field?

You need to install a small extra component in windows which adds the export to joomla menu item
It should automatically insert the sailwave_id for you.
Can you confirm your joomla version & php version
