VIA Plus is a LabVIEW Tool to run VI Analyzer configurations, interact with the results, and document VIs, Controls, and Typdefs. It also includes custom scripting, reporting, and optimal code review options.

About

VIA Plus was created with the intent of running VI Analyzer as a code review process for developers, team leads, and reviewers. The results of VI Analyzer by nature are interactive to find and fix the issues but doesn’t re-analyze easily. VIA Plus solves just that through a process as interactive as re-running VI Analyzer and using several tools available to ease the pain of documentation within the LabVIEW Development environment. Easily review any VI within a single window for your Front Panel, and Block Diagram, and edit your VI descriptions. Documenting controls for UI’s can be tricky for hidden controls, as well as individual controls within a typedef. VIA Plus solves these issues with the UI Documenter by selecting Typedef control files or VIs. Each control within a cluster or array is selectable, filtered, and easily shown regardless of the view state. Lastly, export beautiful MS Word reports for Developers or as a Product API with a large variety of settings and template options.

Quick Start Guide

• Download the latest VI Package shireystudios_lib_via_plus-x.x.x.x.vip
• Install the latest VI Package with VIPM.
• Launch via LabVIEW -> Tools -> ShireyStudios -> VIA Plus
