Use enum for GameState instead of several booleans. This way I fixed a minor regression (tiles not being shown when game stuck message is shown) and some other minor bugs I found while testing my changes.

Fix crash when index is -1. The combobox OwnerCB is emptied at some point sending the currentIndexChanged signal with the value -1. This -1 is handed over here as index which is then used in a QList -> bang. CCBUG: 270353

HandBoard.receive: reorder the tiles such that the order corresponds to the meld: left to right. And if any tile of the meld is focusable, make only the first tile focusable. This fixes problems with moving melds by mouse in scoring games

Mark kongbox differently until now, its tiles were shifted as is done in a real game. But that complicates finding positions for discarded tiles such that they do not overlap with the kong box. New: do not shift kong box tiles but cross them out with two black lines
