<emphasis role="bold">Tal</emphasis> for saying the very first version of the story (which was
much shorter than the existing one and ended up being discarded) was not too
good, and for passing some critique on the first chapter of the second version
+<emphasis role="bold">Robert</emphasis> — for pointing me to a workaround for
+generating a valid EPUB from this story's DocBook 5/XML source. (by using the
+<literal>docbook-xsl</literal> stylesheets instead of the
+<emphasis role="bold">Mehrzad</emphasis> — for starting to read the story and
