Overview

The ACID toolbox has been developed for brain, spinal cord and post-mortem dMRI data (see ACID-Toolbox paper (preprint)).

Below, we provide a description of each module of the ACID toolbox.

Example batches

Three example batches are stored in the Example_Batches folder in the ACID main folder. They are optimised for brain, spinal cord, post mortem and include ECMOCO, POAS, RBC, HySCO, DKI. For each datatype two batches are provided. One for a complete blip down dataset and one if only one blip down image is available.
