Symbol shifts automatically during placement

When a symbol is placed, if I went out of the screen (say moved mouse on top of the screen, the symbol is automatically shifted to lower left side, (I assume it is because the assumption is the screen also got shifted, so symbol gets shifted automatically). But the problem is now symbol is at an offset of say -100,100 wrt mouse cursor. But when I click to place, the symbol still comes where my mouse cursor is. So it is a visual problem I guess.
