Rename the executable to 'ycircuit'

Lowercase makes it easier to type in the terminal. I have typed 'Ycircuit' instead of 'YCircuit' a number of times accidentally.

I think I will leave this be for now and will get back to this if and when we get to the point where YCircuit becomes installable as opposed to just being run as a binary. A short term fix could be to create a link or an alias with the name you want.
