Improve profiling hooks to find bottlenecks

Adding back some tic/toc calls to schemes, maybe measuring per-field computation performance, and i/o timing. Need these both to tune the code and to measure scaling on cluster.

    Added some Good Enough timing calls to postprocessor which helped enough for my immediate needs.
