Hlms implementations now support modular customizations by embedding external code coming from piece files in a library path, and/or using the new HlmsListener pass. No samples on how to do that though, yet.

Changed Font's format from PF_BYTE_LA to PF_RG8, using Unlit's setTextureSwizzle to source the green channel as an alpha channel. This is much more compatible with D3D11 (uses less VRAM), and workarounds an issue with Intel HD 4000 GPUs.
