[OGRE-360] Don't build the OgreDoc target by default. If documentation should be built, use 'make OgreDoc'.

Changes to CMake build system: - Renamed project from OGRE3D to OGRE - Removed OgreConfig.h.in template. Build is customised by preprocessor defines - Building samples from install dir is working again (including debug support from VisualStudio)
