Add ability to Scene Validator to validate the entire project, not just the currently open scene

There doesn't seem to be a way to validate prefab objects or scriptable objects. It would also be nice to validate a set of Scenes all at once rather than having to open each scene one at a time to run the validator.

Thanks for the suggestion! This is currently planned for patch 1.0.6, which will contain many upgrades and fixes for the scene validator.
