Edit Button to open new Inspector opens window halfway across both monitors

I have a list of prefabs, and click the pencil button (I assume edit?) to open a new inspector.

The inspector will always open directly between the 2 monitors (drawing half on each screen), rather than in the center of either of them.

Thanks for reporting. This problem is fixed in the next patch.

The cause of this problem is the same as what is happening on the issue linked below, so check out the answer I gave there :)
