EditorOnlyModeConfig | DirectoryNotFoundException without Demo folder

When inspecting the EditorOnlyModeConfig using the SirenixPreferencesWindows Editor Window an exception is thrown (DirectoryNotFoundException) if the Demo folder is removed (@ Assets/Plugins/Sirenix/Odin Inspector/Demo).

It would be great to be able to remove the Demo folder with no Exception raised
