Add option to hide NetworkBehaviour's 'Network Channel' and 'Network Send Interval' from inspector

For the sake of keeping the inspector tidy, it would be great if there was a global option to disable the drawing of the 'Network Channel' and 'Network Send Interval' labels at the bottom of the NetworkBehaviour inspector.
