ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS on Import

Saishy Calmon created an issue

1- While importing the Version: 2.1 Jul 31, 2019 from the Asset Store window I get an Win32 ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS.
2- Import the newest Odin version from an older one

    Sorry to not have replied to this sooner - I was investigating it and then got away from it, because it looks like a Unity error that we cannot do anything about, and something that might be fixed simply by clearing Library/Temp and rebooting Unity, or something like that.

    Has it resolved itself, or are you getting it consistently? If so, can you send us a project that consistently reproduces this issue so we can investigate it further?
