Insert list element at any point in list

For really long lists, it'd be nice to be able to insert elements at any point in the list, or at the very least the end of every page. Currently it appears that adding an element will always append it to the end. This is not great in page view since there doesn't seem to be a way to drag elements to previous pages.

How about adding a right-click context menu for list elements where you can:

• Move element to index and / or maybe Move to page.
• Insert element above.
• insert element below.
