Delegates (tested Action / UnityAction) do not display the selection circle on the right on the inspector in newest versions of Unity.

Simple code to reproduce: [ShowInInspector] public Action action;

I’m using Unity 2019.3b08 and Odin’s version 2.1.8 and Editor Only mode disabled, running on Windows 10 x64.
