Cannot reorder elements of a list

I cannot reorder the elements of any list (see attached gif).

I’m using Unity 2020.2.0f1 Personal.
I do not have the Editor Only Mode enabled.
I’m on Windows 10.

Thanks for reporting this issue - it has already been resolved in patch 3.0.3 of Odin :)
