Cannot select enum field after I update

I found that, I can't select enum and mark a tag “ToggleGroup“ at the same time in SerializedScriptableObject. If I did, the enum field cannot be selected in Inspector.

But it will work if I turn off “Use Improved Enum Drop Down“ at Odin Preferences.
