Make page title start with repo name rather than account name (BB-11058)

Currently the title of a bitbucket page is "[username] / [reponame] - Bitbucket", this makes it hard to find the correct tab when multiple bitbucket tabs are open.

Switching to something like "[reponame] by [username] - Bitbucket" would make the site easier to use in these cases.
