Layout is incorrect when the PR screen is zoomed

The font size you use in pull requests is too small for me, so I need to
use 110% or 125% zoom when looking at them. Unfortunately, in the
side-by-side view, this means the lines become misaligned (i.e. if you take
any source file, make a change and commit it, then view the PR, you will
see that the line with the change does not align with the original - the
changed file appears slightly below and the grey bar joining them is
disjointed).
Could this be looked into and fixed please?
