Bad encoding if pushing throught https

Hi! I'm using UTF8 (Arch Linux, Cyrillic) and find bug on site.

1. If do pushing commit throught https - log messages becoming unreadable. All the characters appear as question marks. See attaches 1,2,3.
2. If do pushing commit throught ssh - messages in page with RSSNewsfeed - readable. On other pages - unreadable. See attache 1.
