jqplot opens new window in IE when frames are used

I used frames to render line chart.Hyper link provided in first frame and on click of that link line chart displays in second frame.

On first click it works fine.But on second click onwards line chart not rendered in second frame but opens new window to render line chart

I am using IE8 and attaching sample HTML code to reproduce the issue.Click on "my link" in first frame to reproduce it
