Duplicate time entries & comments after merge a pull request with command commit message

Steps to reproduce

• Create a pull request
• When merge, input merge message as "Merged in bug-9-test-commit (PR#3) DEMO-9 #resolve #time 2h #comment test"
• After merge, there are two duplicate time entries and comments, but only one related commit
