Can't rename a repository where there is only a capitalization change (BB-8233)

Hi,

whenever I want to rename a repository where just the capitalization changes, not the actual text, it is not allowed:

Previous name: "test"
New name: "Test"

Expected: works
Actually: "You already have a repository with this name."

Workaround:

• Rename to "Test 2"
• Rename to "Test"
