Pane with "error" style and '[object Object]' text appears after user clicks on 'add' button on 'admin/issues/components' page

I was going to add one more component (called 'IO'. But for some reason it did not appeared immediately (I guess it was some lag). So I pressed one more and a bit later one more time (totally 3 or even more times).

In a while I get my new component and Pane with "error" style. See attached screen for details.

PS: I still have that browser's tab opened in case if you need it..
