Allow using OpenID where a password is currently required

An example of where a password is required is deleting a repository. Problem is that if you created your account using OpenID you don't have a password. And being forced to create a password partially negates logging in through OpenID. So it would be great if those instances in bitbucket where your password is required even when you are logged in would also accept an OpenID login to re-verify.
