UTF-8 characters does not displayed properly

In source browser and probably in other pages utf-8 characters showed as ???? .

    This should be very easy to fix. In the Python script that generates those pages, set:

    os.environ["HGENCODING"] = "UTF-8"

    I have to do this in hgwebdir.cgi when I run ordinary hgweb servers.

    You've already got the UTF-8 content-type set in the outgoing HTML so it should just be a matter of making Python generate it.
