CIA.vc doesn't show messages after first push. (BB-1016)

When setting up the CIA.vc service, CIA.vc seems to ignore or never gets the change information after the first push.

So basically, setup a project on CIA.vc (let's say foo, hypothetically). Setup foo and all. Go into bitbucket and create a new repository. Setup the CIA.vc service to use foo as both module and project or just project. $ hg clone repourl $ hg add test $ hg commit -m "Test" $ hg push

CIA then recieves the message (shows in the project stats). However if we again did:

$ hg add test2 $ hg commit -m "Test 2" $ hg push

CIA never gets anything.
