Serve failing with 'Blackhole' object has no attribute 'fileno'

Receiving a 'Blackhole' has no attribute 'fileno'. Using TortoiseHg Version 2.1.1 with Mercurial-1.9+10-e9264b45237d, Python 2.6.6, PyQt-4.8.3, Qt-4.7.1

Trying to serve a repository from one developers machine. We can use a web browser and connect to this machine and get the full web user interface. However, when trying to pull (or preview) incoming changes from this machine, it is dieing. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
