Show tags in 'Commits' tab (BB-2257)

To me the 'Commits' tab is the equivalent of the 'revision' graph in TortoiseHg, i.e. it is my high-level view of the repository. Currently however the commits tab does not show tags. This piece of information that is shown in the TortoiseHg revision graph is quite useful.

Would it be possible to show tags in the revision graph the same way that branches are shown (but in a different colour).
