Add feature to easily convert hg repos to git (BB-3144)

I have some hg repos in bitbucket.org, and now that you support git, it would be nice if I could just click a button and convert an exising hg repo to use git, preserving history.

That usually means we expect an answer from the customer, so in that case I made a mistake to set it to "on hold". I'll set status to open. Thanks for the suggestion.

Please notice that if actually converting automatically the repository itself can be hazardous, it would definitely be enough to allow us to do the conversion locally: changing the repository type would just delete the sources (preserving everything else), and after we converted it we could just re-upload them.
