Mercurial bookmarks should show up in the branches list (BB-2910)

      Since bookmarks typically move around, I would expect to find them in the branches list instead of the tags list.

            Bookmarks now are in the branch list but they are not treated as branches.
            You cannot find them when issueing pull requests and in the Source tab, they are presented in the branch list but if you select them the message is "The branch 'xxx' does not exist"
