css: dd element called, wants its margin back (BB-3021)

djpohly avatardjpohly created an issue

The reset stylesheet makes HTML dictionary lists confusing (e.g., in rendered reStructuredText). Often the only distinction between the dt and dd elements is the indentation - most browsers put a 40px margin-left on dd - but the reset CSS eliminates that. Could you add some kind of margin to the site's CSS for dd, or at least for dl.docutils>dd?

Thanks! :)

I love the issue title. :)

You've no idea the vengeful fury I feel for that reset style sheet. I'm of the opinion that reset style sheets are a terrible idea, for reasons I will one day get round to blogging about.

    I'm on the case.
