Issue #3607 duplicate

Creating/editing an issue should not send email to me if I edited it.

Currently when I create or edit issues, I get notification emails. But this doesn't make sense because I'm the person doing the editing! I don't need a notification to tell me what I did! I should only get a notification email when someone else creates or edits an issue.

I couldn't find a setting for this, nor did I find anything in the forums or the documentation.
